If you like the Park Shore area of Naples, you might consider Colony Gardens.  Colony Gardens is located on the corner of Crayton Rd. and Park Shore Drive.  It is a quick walk to The Village on Venetian Bay and the Park Shore beaches. Built in  1969 by Lugert Co. The main 5 story building is comprised of 21 residential units.  There are also 8 townhouses on site. Units average about 2100  with 2 and 3 bedrooms. Presently there are two active units both in the $800's.

Colony Gardens offer residents covered parking, a bay side pool, private dock leases, 90 day minimum 1x per year rental policy,  and 1 pet with no size limits.

Hi Bill - it is pretty cool and did you see that boat headed out in the last shot?  I tried to wave them over but they left me standing there by the pool - bummer maybe next time!

Hi Shannon - It is cold and breezy in Birmingham, although the sun it out today!  These pictures make me want to pack up and head south for the winter.
