Come on when is the last time you ran a 5K? It's not that hard..... I have my John Clay Tee Shirt and so should you! How do you get one - well you have to earn it and register to run the John Clay 5k!

Hey Steve thanks - I'm not sure I'm at the level of fitness to do it this year - may try .... I did like it the last time only LOL the last part of the run went up and over a bridge - I was like what a HILL? we don't have HILLS in Florida - it kicked my butt that little bridge hill... but I finished.
Well, sounds like a lot of fun. How are things in Naples following the arrival and thankfully departure of Tropical Storm Fay? Hopefully you did not have any problems. We have a house on St Pete Beach and we were glad to have dodged the bullet this time. My husband was also quite happy not to have to climb up on a ladder and install our hurricane shutters.

Hi Carole, Things are overall excellent in Naples. If you read my post titled Yester- Fay you will learn more about my unfortunate experience. Yes it's so nice not to have to put up those darn shutters... One of my listings had the power shutters - so a delight ... Thanks Carole and good luck to you too!
